The team have through the past 12 months, worked tirelessly to meet all our needs & requirements for our dream day & nothing was too much. We've been thinking all morning how to word our appreciation to you all for our beautiful wedding. There really are not enough ways to say Thank you or eloquently convey what an incredible day you provided us with. We fell in love with Tankersley the moment we walked in all those months ago, we then immediately felt comfortable with Jess. Since then we've had such clear and continuous communications, you kept us both calm & composed & went that extra step to make us feel special! Thank you!

9th April 2023 - Mercure Barnsley Tankersley Manor Hotel & Spa

We recently got married here at Tankersley Manor in the Crook Barn, after years of searching and planning our day was simply perfect! Jess our wedding co-ordinator was amazing we can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us and Abi who also helped make the day and night run as smoothly as possible!I never knew a wedding day could be so relaxed and stress free but both Jess & Abi made this happen for us! The hotel is also DOG FRIENDLY which is a bonus so we got to celebrate our day with our two precious Cocker-spaniels! Me and my my bridesmaids had a spa day, the day before which was also lovely, our food was amazing and the Bar/Restaurant manager was also very helpful. Overall I could not of wished for a better wedding day, the Crook Barn is a truly magical place and the staff at Tankersley are the best so thank you so much for everything you did for us!Mr & Mrs Needham x

Want to share our wedding experience at the tankersley manor, don’t know where to start , so I’ll start with Jess our wedding planner , she was with me every step of the way, made the run up to our wedding enjoyable & stress free, nothing was too much trouble always at hand to help & answer any questions, when the day finally arrived ( after 2 cancellations) due to covid everything was perfect , I was actually surprised how smooth the day went , everything looked absolutely beautiful & just how I imagined, again this was down to Jess she obviously listened to how I wanted everything, Abi who was there on the day was also amazing keeping it all ticking by without an hitch , she was lovely , in all the day was magical & I would not have changed a thing ! Thankyou to all staff at tankersley they were all lovely to me & my guests & Thankyou Abi for making the day run smoothly & a big Thankyou to Jess who helped organise the run up to best day ever !if your thinking of getting married this is where you need to do it !
