Simple The Best Wedding Venue. We had an amazing experience at the Norton Grange Hotel. Although I'm originally from Littleborough, I've been living in Kent for the past 23 years and we have always chosen this hotel whenever we visit my family. Recently, my sister announced her wedding and asked for our recommendation for the reception venue. Without any hesitation, we recommended Norton Grange, which we've witnessed hosting many weddings before. We met Sally, the wedding coordinator, in October 2022, and I must say, she was simply amazing from start to finish. She was very helpful and professional, making sure that everything was perfect on the big day. As someone who has been working in the events industry for almost 30 years, I'm very particular about professionalism, perfection, and timing, but Sally and her team exceeded my expectations. They had everything under control and more. I want to give a special shoutout to Stef from "Joyous Moments" for the spectacular decoration of the venue. Her team's effort was mind-blowing. Steve, the photographer, was also outstanding, professional, and witty. Both Stef and Steve were highly recommended by Sally, and they did not disappoint. They worked together with Sally to make my sister's big day perfect. I must also commend the rest of the staff at Norton Grange. The chefs catered for 200 guests, and the food was delicious and better than most 5-star restaurants in London. The waiting staff were polite, happy, and attentive to everyone's needs. The hotel reception and bar staff were just as professional and helpful as the rest of the team. I want to give a special mention to Mohamed, the duty manager, who went out of his way to make everyone's stay comfortable and memorable. We can't thank Sally, Mohamed, Steve, Stef, and the rest of the Norton Grange staff enough for their outstanding work and dedication. They made my sister's wedding perfect. If you're looking for the perfect wedding venue, look no further than Norton Grange. My wife and I can't wait to visit again in October.

This weekend we attended a family wedding and what a special day it was. The hotel and all its staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly, helpful and above all professional our weekend stay was great. We would definitely recommend the Norton Grange.

If you are contemplating having your wedding here or looking for a venue to host your wedding we can honestly say you will not be disappointed with the Norton Grange. Sally Rhodes the Wedding Co-coordinator is fantastic !, very professional, calm, her attention to detail is second to none, she listened to everything we said and offered advise on the things you don't even think of and our wedding celebration went superbly. We also have to mention our designated Manger for the day who was Mohamed (Mo) who was so attentive, not just to us but our guests, making sure everything was perfect, he greeted us in the pouring rain with an umbrella and welcomed us into the hotel with a glass of champagne to start our day. He ensured the food was served correctly, and really looked after everyone, children and adults alike and ensured those guests who had allergies where looked after the same. Mo also arranged for us and our guests who stayed over to have breakfast together the following morning and helped pack our gifts etc into cars when we left. We have had so many compliments from family and friends how amazing everything was and what a celebration we all had. Sally and Mo we cant thank you both enough for all you did in making our wedding day a memory will cherish forever.

Well what can I say about the wonderful Norton Grange Hotel and Spa. Me and my Partner got married here on Friday 28th July and everything on the day was absolutely perfect, I honestly expected one thing to go wrong as it often does in weddings... not on problem. The day was perfect and was ran perfectly. All our guests had said it was a perfect day they never felt rushed and was able to enjoy the day. We had an intimate wedding with only around 50-60 people for day and evening and we absolutely loved it nothing was ever to much. The room was gorgeous and food was all absolutely delicious. Would like to say a massive thank you to Sally our wedding coordinator always keeping us calm and giving us confidence in her. Sally is extremely professional and very understanding. She is great with communication and we are so thankful to her for the most special day! You're brilliant! And an asset to Norton Grange Another thank you to Mark who helped coordinate the whole day alongside Sally he was the most accommodating and kind man and kept us at ease the whole day and night nothing was too much and did everything with a smile. True professional who excells at his job! There was another young chappy on reception the day before and day of the wedding who was also brilliant unfortunately didn't catch his name but looked after myself, the bridal party and my new husband extremely well so thank you. So sad for it all to be over the most perfect day thank you to the most professional team!

The most perfect wedding day! We had our wedding at the Norton Grange and it was perfect! The whole experience of planning our day was so stress free and enjoyable and that’s all thanks to Sally! She didn’t miss a single detail and her communication was excellent! Nothing was too much trouble, everything we asked for was sorted without issue! We used all the Norton granges recommended suppliers which also helped the day go extremely smoothly. The food was excellent quality, the room decor was beautiful! We had several comments from guests to say it was the best wedding they had ever attended! Thank you so much!

We had our wedding here on the 6th April 2019. From beginning to end, the experience was amazing. All the staff were always smiling, polite and friendly, not with just myself and the groom but also with all of our family and friends. My mum is registered blind with a guide dog and they was so good with mum and kept asking if her guide dog needed a drink. All our guests commented on how lovely the place is and how great the staff are. We would recommend any event here, our wedding day was special and amazing and the staff helped.
